Return and Cancellation Policy

We are currently NOT accepting returns at this time. If there are any issues with the items you received, please refer to Damage and Issues tab for details.

Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your order, it must be within 24 hours for a full refund. Orders cancelled after 24 hours (Prior to shipping) is subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Custom Order Cancellation Policy- If you wish to cancel your order, it must be within 72 hours to receive full refund or before artwork mock is delivered.

Once your design is approved, we will be unable to cancel your order.  If you are unsatisfied with the artwork mock and wish to receive a refund, you will be subject to a $25 design fee and the difference will be refunded.
