Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged, there are any issues, or your order has been delivered but did not receive please contact us at npressedprints@gmail.com within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issues and make it right. 


Please note that the initial shipping fee is not refunded in the case of a return. N’Pressed Prints highly recommends that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. N’Pressed Prints is not responsible for packages not received if sent via non-traceable carriers. Please include the following details when contacting N’Pressed Prints in regards to a return/exchange.
